To install not8, simply download the browser extension from here. Once installed, click on the not8 icon in your browser's toolbar, sign up or log in, and you're ready to start leaving notes on websites
not8 is compatible with popular browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Unfortunately, we currently don’t support Safari, but it is in our roadmap, so stay tuned! While our primary focus is on desktop browsers, we're actively working not8 mobile app as well. Currently users can view, but can not leave notes from a mobile device.
After installing the not8 browser extension, navigate to any website and activate the extension. You can then click on any element or text to attach a note. Collaborate with team members in real-time, integrate with your favorite tools, and manage your projects directly from not8’s Central Hub.
not8 integrates with over 5000+ tools through Zapier, and has a direct integration with JIRA and Loom. You can always view the full list of integrations as well as the instructions on how to set them up in your dashboard settings.
We prioritize user data security. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We also conduct regular security audits to ensure the safety of our users' data.
Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to all of not8's premium features (Team plan). No credit card is required to start the trial. After 14 days, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or continue with our basic free plan.
In your not8 dashboard, navigate to the 'Team' section. Here, you can send invitations via email to your team members. Once they accept, you can collaborate on projects in real-time.
